MathCheck Pro is a free website of math tools for students, parents and teachers. It brings together a scientific calculator with an answer checker, calculators that show their working, formula and how-to guides, and self-scoring math tests with answer keys.
What we offer

Why we built it
Most calculators give an answer and stop. Students often need to know why an answer is right, or what went wrong when their own answer is different. We built tools that show the working and point to the likely slip, such as the order of operations or a sign error.
How we keep the content accurate
- Calculators are tested against worked examples with known answers, including edge cases such as division by zero, parallel lines and invalid input.
- Answers in the math tests are calculated by code from each question, so the answer key cannot disagree with the question. We also read through the questions and explanations.
- Formula and guide pages use standard, widely taught methods, and every worked example is checked.
- The tools run in your browser, so the numbers you type are not sent to us.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, please tell us through the contact page. Include the page address and what looks wrong. We review every report and fix confirmed errors as soon as we can.
